Welcome from the staff, clients, and volunteers of Madison Street Veterans Association. We proudly operate our Veterans Outreach Center (VOC) at 233 S. 11th Ave. in Phoenix, located across from the Human Services Campus – with our own entrance on the northwest corner of Andre House. The VOC is a hub of information and support for veterans who are homeless or in need, with a friendly, supportive environment and services geared to veterans experiencing homelessness.
MANA House, our transitional living center for veterans, houses 51 veterans who are working towards independence and self-sufficiency. MANA (Marines, Army, Navy, Air Force) House, located at 755 East Willetta Street in Phoenix, provides a quality, stable environment for veterans, with services to assist with benefits, education, employment, and permanent housing. We currently house veterans from the Korean War, Vietnam, Desert Storm, Iraq, Afghanistan, and other conflicts.
Mobile Outreach, utilizing a donated van from the Disable American Veterans, allows us to do field outreach throughout the local communities to assist homeless veterans with blankets, sleeping bags, clothing, hygiene kits, water and food. Twice a week the MSVA van makes the rounds through sections of Maricopa County, to insure that homeless veterans are provided whatever supplies and support they need while experiencing homelessness.
Both our Veterans Outreach Center and MANA House are available for tours.
